This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are. We have tried to keep it short and clear.
Who we are
Moving2RBS Renovation & Management Group is run by E. Sipper, based in Ramat Beit Shemesh, Israel. E. Sipper is responsible for the personal information described on this page (the "controller").

What we collect
- Through the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number and the message you write. Giving us these details is voluntary, but we cannot reply without them.
- If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp: your number and what you tell us.
- Technical information: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. We also briefly keep your IP address, and the email address you enter, in the server's memory (not saved to disk) to limit repeated submissions and stop spam.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To keep a record of enquiries and, if you become a client, to carry out the work.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or automated decisions.
We do not send marketing messages or newsletters, and we will not add you to any mailing list without your separate consent. We will only contact you about your enquiry.
Our legal basis
In Israel, you give us your details voluntarily and for the purpose stated above. You are not legally required to provide them.
If you are in the UK or the EU: we use your details to respond to your request and take steps you ask for before any agreement, and for our legitimate interests in running the business and keeping the site secure.
Transfers outside Israel
Some of these services process information outside Israel, and possibly outside the UK, including in the United States or the EU. We choose providers that offer data-protection terms, and we send them only what is needed to run the service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and then delete them. If you become a client, we keep the information we need for the project and for legal or accounting duties.
How we protect it
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to enquiries is limited to the people who run the business, and our providers use their own security measures. No system is completely secure, so if we ever learn that your information has been exposed in a way that could harm you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the UK or the EU, you may also ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or give you a copy in a portable format. Email info@moving2rbs.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, or, if you are in the UK, to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes to this page
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
